Insitu is a lifestyle company with innovative and creative employees who pour as much into their personal lives as they do into their work at the office.  Insitu employees are a hard-working and hard-playing bunch.  The Columbia Gorge offers a boundless outdoor playground that employees and their families take regular advantage of.  Employees find, or know from growing up here, that the close-knit communities in the Gorge are wonderful, relaxed, and fun places to raise children.  Though many Insitu employees choose to start their families here, those who are still kidless will find plenty to do as well!

Teamwork and collaboration are the backbone of the Insitu way of life.  In honor of this, surface concerns like dress code are relatively low on our totem pole of importance.  The dress code is "business comfortable" (one notch below business casual), dictated more by the weather than by Brooks Brothers, and embracing everything from jeans to sandals and t-shirts to fleece.  Insitu has long been dog friendly, and invites its employees to bring thier dogs once a week if they would like.  Both kids and dogs enjoy the parks next to the Insitu facilities at Bingen Point and at the Park Center offices in White Salmon.

Insitu is still a small company by many standards, but at 400+ employees, we're a fun, dynamic, motivated, and growing group of talented individuals.  We work hard to recruit both local talent, of which there is plenty, and people from across the country who choose to relocate to the Gorge for its community and activity opportunities.  What undeniably ties us all together, however, is our dedication to the successful development of new products and business solutions.  Developing new products requires us to be highly innovative and creative and to prioritize an understanding of the desires and goals of the customer.  Insitu employees work hard and are willing to do what is necessary to accomplish their goals, including dedication beyond a 9 to 5 work week.  What it comes down to is that employees at Insitu have made more than just a workplace choice; they have made a lifestyle choice.
